ASCSMW @ I90 Speedway (July 23)
Doug finished 4th in his heat and 15th in the A Feature at I-90 on Friday night. With this finish, Doug has moved to 2nd in points in the ASCSMW series points race.
ASCSMW @ Crawford Co Speedway (July 21)
After running a smooth heat race, Doug finished 4th and was ready to run the feature. However during the race setup inspection it was determined to run a shortened feature race to preserve the motor for Friday night’s race in South Dakota. Doug finished 18th tonight.
ASCSMW @ US-36Speedway (July 17)
A 10th place finish in the A Feature after strong run in the heat race. Next up is the ASCSMW at Crawford County Speedway on Wednesday in Denison, IA.
ASCSMW @ Boone Co Speedway (July 11)
After fixing the car in the shop Sunday morning, Doug and crew were ready to race the Boone Co. Speedway in Albion. Doug ran 3rd in the heat, and 2nd in the first qualifier. After the qualifier it was discovered the brakes were damaged. With the threat of rain again tonight, the solutions were to run without it or not at all. Doug drew outside pole for the feature, so he choose to race. After 25 laps, Doug finished with a solid third place. Next up is the ASCSMW-WoW race at US-36 Speedway in Cameron, Missouri.
ASCSMW/National @ Hartford SD (July 10)
With the threat of rain, the entire race night was fast paced. After a good run in the heat, Doug was starting in the front half of the field for the 1st B Feature. An excellent start went south when another car spun in turn 4 and Doug had no where to go. To much front end damage, and not enough time to repair the damage, ended this evenings races.
ASCSMW @ I-80 (July 2)
A 5th place finish in the heats and 13th place finish in the A Feature.
ASCSMW @ JMS (July 1)
Doug finished 2nd on Thursday night to transfer to the A Feature. After another 25 laps around Junction Motor Speedway, Doug came home in 13th.
ASCSMW @ Hartford SD (June 25)
Doug ran 5th place in his heat, but wasn’t able to make the automatic transfer to the A feature. He finished 2nd place in the B Feature, but came in with a damaged drive train. After fixing the drive train, he raced hard and came in 18th in the A Feature.
ASCSMW @ US-36 (June 18)
A good night of racing in Missouri. A 5th Place finish in the Heat and 10th place finish in the A Feature.
ASCSMW/National @ Eagle (June 12)
Doug brought home a 10th place finish in the first B feature.
